Engine Repair in Macaco, Michoacan

Arranging the work in Macaco

We arrange engine work through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Macaco. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How the request works

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Small things that help

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

What to ask

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Honest about distance

CarmaCars is based in Toronto and has no location in Macaco. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; Macaco is roughly 3,570 km away.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. If we do not know a shop in Macaco, we say so rather than guess. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
