Arranging the work in McGregor

How the arrangement works

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Questions to ask the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Car care, briefly

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
