Engine Repair in Monkey Box, FL

Arranging the work in Monkey Box

If you need engine work in Monkey Box: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How the arrangement works

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Between shop visits

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Questions to ask the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
