Engine Repair in Parade, SD

Engine Repair in Parade

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Parade. What it involves: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

How the request works

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Car care, briefly

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Renting from Toronto

Our only location is in Toronto; Parade is outside the area we serve. Parade is about 1,736 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

For work in Parade, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. If we do not know a shop in Parade, we say so rather than guess. Send a request with what you need in Parade, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.
