Engine Repair in Potato Patch, NM

Engine Repair for Potato Patch

We arrange engine work through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Potato Patch. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

From request to repair

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. A person replies within one business day. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Before the shop starts

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Good habits for your car

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
