Engine Repair in Raphune, VI

Arranging the work in Raphune

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Raphune. What it involves: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

What we arrange

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

A short checklist

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Good habits for your car

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
