Engine Repair in Rison, MD

Getting it done

Engine Repair in Rison: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

What to send us

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Good habits for your car

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
