Engine Repair in Roy, BC

Arranging the work in Roy

For engine work in Roy, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

The steps

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
