Engine Repair in Schofield, WI

Engine Repair near Schofield

For engine work in Schofield, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

The steps

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Small things that help

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

What to ask

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
