Engine Repair in Shell, SC

Engine Repair: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Shell. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

What CarmaCars does here

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Small things that help

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Talking to the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Honest about distance

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Shell. Shell lies about 1,096 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. We know shops around Toronto best; for Shell, we say plainly what we can do. For anything about Shell, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
