Engine Repair in Simpson, MO

Engine Repair: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Simpson. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

Our part and the shop's part

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Between shop visits

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
