Engine Repair in Springview, GA

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Springview is about 1,213 km away. Plainly: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

Who does what

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Good habits for your car

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
