Engine Repair in Stephen, BC

Engine Repair in Stephen

If you need engine work in Stephen: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

From request to repair

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Small things that help

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
