Engine Repair in Tecomatán, Michoacan

Arranging the work in Tecomatán

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Tecomatán. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How we help

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Car care, briefly

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Before you plan

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Tecomatán. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; Tecomatán is roughly 3,398 km away.
