Engine Repair in Wayne, IL

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Wayne. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

Our part and the shop's part

A person replies within one business day. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Between shop visits

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Our area, and Wayne
