Engine Repair in Wickware, MI

Engine Repair: how we help

If you need engine work in Wickware: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

From request to repair

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Between shop visits

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
