Mechanic in Gresham, NE

Mechanic: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Gresham. In short: Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.

From request to repair

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Questions to ask the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Between shop visits

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Gresham is outside our area. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; Gresham is roughly 1,517 km away.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Tell us what you are planning in Gresham, and we will say what we can and cannot do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
