Mechanic in Junius, SD

Mechanic in Junius

If you need mechanical repairs or maintenance in Junius: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Regular maintenance keeps small problems from turning into large ones.

Our part and the shop's part

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Between shop visits

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

A short checklist

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
