Mechanic in Pinehurst, CA

Mechanic: how we help

For mechanical repairs or maintenance in Pinehurst, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Tell us what the car is doing, and we find a shop suited to the job.

What to send us

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Talking to the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Car care, briefly

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
