Mechanic in Trinity, DE

Mechanic: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Trinity. Repairs and maintenance by a mechanic at a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Routine maintenance and repairs are done by a mechanic at a shop we trust, not by CarmaCars.

From request to repair

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Good habits for your car

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
