The request

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

Aftercare

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

Planning around the work

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

Getting the car ready

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

What affects the price

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
