Your request

For a repair, a few photos from different angles help us quote it. Tell us if a claim is involved, so we know who approves the work. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

A few things first

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Why prices differ

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Aftercare

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

How long you are without it

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
