Your request

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven.

Getting the car ready

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

When the car is ready

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days.

Keeping it that way

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.

Why prices differ

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

What we cover

We are based in Toronto; Scribner is not somewhere we have a location. Measured in a straight line, Scribner is about 1,291 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

We cannot send anyone to Scribner to do the work. The work happens around Toronto, so the car has to come to us. For anything about Scribner, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
