What CarmaCars does here

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person replies within one business day. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Small things that help

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
