Tire Change in Camp Ruby, TX

Tire Change: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,989 km from Camp Ruby, and does not do this work itself. Plainly: Seasonal tires swapped and balanced, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Tires are swapped, balanced and checked for wear, and the shop sets its own price and time.

Who does what

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Car care, briefly

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
