Towing in Acatica, Jalisco

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,322 km from Acatica, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What to send us

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Good habits for your car

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
