Towing in Actis, CA

Towing for Actis

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Actis. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Our part and the shop's part

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

A short checklist

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Car care, briefly

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
