Towing in Arbor, CA

Towing near Arbor

If you need a tow in Arbor: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
