A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How we help

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Getting a clear quote

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

A note on distance

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Ark; we work from Toronto. About 1,219 km from our location in Toronto, Ark is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.
