Towing in Arnold, BC

Towing for Arnold

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Arnold. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Talking to the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
