Towing in Arnold, CA

Arranging the work in Arnold

For a tow in Arnold, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Before the shop starts

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
