Towing in Arnold, MO

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Arnold is about 1,102 km away. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the request works

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. A person replies within one business day.

Questions to ask the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
