Towing in Artesian, AR

Arranging the work in Artesian

If you need a tow in Artesian: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Between shop visits

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Before the shop starts

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
