Towing in Ascalon, MO

Towing for Ascalon

Towing in Ascalon: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the request works

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

What to ask

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Good habits for your car

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
