Towing in Aunt Hack, CT

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Aunt Hack, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
