From request to repair

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
