Towing in Benoit, AL

Towing near Benoit

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Benoit is about 1,304 km away. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person replies within one business day. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Between shop visits

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
