Towing in Berkeley, VA

Towing for Berkeley

For a tow in Berkeley, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. A person replies within one business day. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Small things that help

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

A short checklist

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Berkeley is outside the area we serve. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Berkeley, about 635 km away, is beyond that.

For a breakdown in Berkeley, a local service will reach you faster than we can. If we do not know a shop in Berkeley, we say so rather than guess. Still have a question about Berkeley? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Your move

A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
