Towing in Bluff Junction, IL

Arranging the work in Bluff Junction

Searching for towing in Bluff Junction? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

How the request works

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Before the shop starts

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Between shop visits

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
