Towing in Brookside, WI

Arranging the work in Brookside

Towing in Brookside: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. A person replies within one business day.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Small things that help

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
