Towing in Buckner, MO

Arranging the work in Buckner

Towing in Buckner: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Small things that help

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

A note on distance
