Towing in Burrows, MO

Getting it done

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Burrows. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Talking to the shop

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Between shop visits

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
