Towing in Carson, AL

Arranging the work in Carson

Towing in Carson: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

From request to repair

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Our area

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Carson. Measured in a straight line, Carson is about 1,563 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. If we do not know a shop in Carson, we say so rather than guess. Send a request with what you need in Carson, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Next step

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
