Towing in Carson, KY

Towing near Carson

Towing in Carson: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

What to ask

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Between shop visits

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
