Towing in Carson, TX

Arranging the work in Carson

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,827 km from Carson, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Where we work

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Carson. The distance is about 1,827 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.
