Towing in Cascalote, Morelos

Towing near Cascalote

For a tow in Cascalote, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Small things that help

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Distance, honestly

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Cascalote. The distance is about 3,356 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. For a breakdown in Cascalote, a local service will reach you faster than we can. A request about Cascalote gets an honest answer from a person. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.
