Towing in Castleton, IL

Arranging the work in Castleton

For a tow in Castleton, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Between shop visits

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

A short checklist

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
