Towing in Chichiltepec, Guerrero

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Chichiltepec. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Between shop visits

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

A short checklist

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
