Towing in Como, IL

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Como is about 885 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Good habits for your car

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Our area and Como

We do not have a location in Como; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. Como is about 885 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. If we do not know a shop in Como, we say so rather than guess. Ask us about Como in a request; a person answers honestly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
