Towing in Compher, VA

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Compher is about 540 km away. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Good habits for your car

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

If we do not know a shop in Compher, we say so rather than guess. Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. If you still want to ask about Compher, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
